These administrative sites are open for in-person consultations and do not necessitate a formal written application.
  • Mail and Phone Requests: Mail-in requests for case documents can be submitted to the appropriate court clerk’s office in Hamilton. These requests are generally handled in the order they are received once payment is confirmed, though retrieval of archived or microfilmed records may cause delays. To receive copies through the mail, requesters must provide a self-addressed, stamped envelope (SASE). Furthermore, clerk offices usually require an upfront payment, typically by check or money order, before they begin processing any request.

Fees for Court Records in Hamilton County

Hamilton County Clerk of Courts sets fees to cover the cost of duplicating and certifying Court of Common Pleas or Municipal court records. Criminal Records Access in Hamilton County

Hamilton County Probate Records
